Miami Beach For the Service Delivery

I don't typically take these surveys but since you sent it 3 times I decided to reply.
The arrangement looked just the picture on the website which was great. The roses,however, seem a little too open too mature (particularly the lavender ones) and don't look like they will last past tomorrow or even later today (I ordered the arrangement for my husband so I'm getting to see it and see how long the roses last before I have to pick them out). We recently moved from NY so we're used to paying premium prices for flowers but this seemed pretty high for the roses to be dying by the next day.

Perfect service! I ordered a beautiful bunch of roses for my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary and was not disappointed.

The recipients told me that this was the most beautiful basket that they had ever seen. They should know--it was their 63rd anniversary gift. Delivery was prompt and Miami Beach Flowers even sent me a photo of their handiwork. Their presentation was incomparable and I got a lot of bang for my buck. Run, don't walk! These guys are great.

I was positively impressed with the quality and sharp schedule for delivery as requested. Well done team !!!

Excellent Presentation, beautiful Colours and Smell. Arrive just in time.

However they arrived without the Message Card requested written by me so the recipients couln´t know who was the sender until they talked to me.

As to the greeting card....This is a comment I get every so often. I suspect people are looking for an envelope which holds a greeting card. However, my computer prints a tri-fold card (without an envelope). On one panel is the recipient's name while on another is the sender's message; to see the message, one must unfold the tri-fold card. Since the recipient doesn't see an envelope, s/he thinks there is no attached message. But I am sure the tri-fold card is there because how else would my driver know which arrangement on a truck full of arrangements goes to which recipient? She matches the name on the tri-fold card to that address.

Everything went smoothly with order and delivery. The recipients were very pleased with this arrangement, and say the flowers smell terrific!

The final look is a bit different than the photo - the colors were overall pinker/lighter/more pastel and the ribbon a light pink color and tied differently than what the picture shows. These are minor, but I find the aesthetic in the website photo more pleasing than the aesthetic of the final bouquet.

I would not hesitate to order again and, understanding the system and inevitable variations, if I have color/style preferences, it might be beneficial to follow up with a phone call if ordering online. I didn’t think of this until I saw the photo of the bouquet that had been made for my order.
