This means your order has been received in our shop and will be delivered per your instructions subject to this Fine Print. Please use this confirmation number in all communications with us about your order. C) A phone text picture of your purchase. Note: We apologize but due to the heavy volume of orders, we will be unable to send you this picture during holiday weeks. D) An emailed formal delivery confirmation will be sent to you following delivery so you will know your gift has been received. Similarly, containers will vary based on what we have in stock and what is available in the market so there will probably be some variation from what you see in the picture. Pictures of all arrangements are close ups so they may make the arrangement look much bigger than it is. If dimensions are not listed for your purchase, please call us at (305) 865-0433 to verify this is the size you want if size is important. Please verify the recipient's address. We will charge a second delivery fee if the address you provide us is an incorrect address. We do not call before delivery (unless you ask us to call first). But if we get to the delivery address and the recipient cannot be found, then a phone number for the recipient will help us complete the delivery in a timely manner.
