Following your purchase, you will receive four (4) communications from us:
A) An emailed order confirmation with a ten (10) digit order confirmation number. This means the order has been successfully placed on our website.
B) An emailed order confirmation with a six (6) digit order confirmation number. This means your order has been received in our shop and will be delivered per your instructions subject to this Fine Print. Please use this confirmation number in all communications with us about your order.
C) A phone text picture of your purchase. Note: We apologize but due to the heavy volume of orders, we will be unable to send you this picture during holiday weeks.
D) An emailed formal delivery confirmation will be sent to you following delivery so you will know your gift has been received.
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive any of the email communications.

Sometimes, specific flowers are not available. We reserve the right to substitute a similar color flower of equal or greater value. We will do our best to maintain the same overall appearance of your gift.
Similarly, containers will vary based on what we have in stock and what is available in the market so there will probably be some variation from what you see in the picture.
Pictures of all arrangements are close ups so they may make the arrangement look much bigger than it is. If dimensions are not listed for your purchase, please call us at (305) 865-0433 to verify this is the size you want if size is important.
Please verify the recipient's address. We will charge a second delivery fee if the address you provide us is an incorrect address.
We do not call before delivery (unless you ask us to call first). But if we get to the delivery address and the recipient cannot be found, then a phone number for the recipient will help us complete the delivery in a timely manner. So please be sure to provide the recipient's phone number with your order.
We're sorry but timed deliveries are only requests that cannot always be accommodated. Please call us at (305) 865-0433 if you have a specific time you need us to deliver; we will work with you to get it there using your time frame. Timed deliveries cannot be accepted under any circumstance on holidays.

The flowers made for my mother's 81st birthday were exquisite! She was so overjoyed and thrilled with the beautiful arrangement! I’ve ordered from this flower shop before, a few days before my wife’s birthday they were sending emails reminding me of the upcoming date. I think this a phenomenal idea! Also when I called with a question the owner answered the phone personally, nowadays you get answering machines, hopefully at the end of the long message you’ll get someone on the phone to answer your question. One area of suggested improvement, Is the ability to write a slightly longer message when ordering online. There’s only room for a couple of sentences before your fig sauce did the allowed number of characters. Please allow for slightly longer messages for those of us that might be more verbose. Otherwise, I will order from this store again and recommend it to friends. Thanks, MC.
