The Perfect Harmony Bouquet is a bright burst of incredible color and texture set to create a lasting impression. Red and fuchsia Mokara orchids are brought together to capture your special recipient's attention, arranged beautifully in a rectangular clear glass vase accented with a sheer red wired ribbon, for a modern and sophisticated look.
Following your purchase, you will receive four (4) communications from us:
A) An emailed order confirmation with a ten (10) digit order confirmation number. This means the order has been successfully placed on our website.
B) An emailed order confirmation with a six (6) digit order confirmation number. This means your order has been received in our shop and will be delivered per your instructions subject to this Fine Print. Please use this confirmation number in all communications with us about your order.
C) A phone text picture of your purchase. Note: We apologize but due to the heavy volume of orders, we will be unable to send you this picture during holiday weeks.
D) An emailed formal delivery confirmation will be sent to you following delivery so you will know your gift has been received.
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive any of the email communications.

Sometimes, specific flowers are not available. We reserve the right to substitute a similar color flower of equal or greater value. We will do our best to maintain the same overall appearance of your gift.
Similarly, containers will vary based on what we have in stock and what is available in the market so there will probably be some variation from what you see in the picture.
Pictures of all arrangements are close ups so they may make the arrangement look much bigger than it is. If dimensions are not listed for your purchase, please call us at (305) 865-0433 to verify this is the size you want if size is important.
Please verify the recipient's address. We will charge a second delivery fee if the address you provide us is an incorrect address.
We do not call before delivery (unless you ask us to call first). But if we get to the delivery address and the recipient cannot be found, then a phone number for the recipient will help us complete the delivery in a timely manner. So please be sure to provide the recipient's phone number with your order.
We're sorry but timed deliveries are only requests that cannot always be accommodated. Please call us at (305) 865-0433 if you have a specific time you need us to deliver; we will work with you to get it there using your time frame. Timed deliveries cannot be accepted under any circumstance on holidays.

Great, timely service. Beautiful flowers. The final look is a bit different than the photo - the colors were overall pinker/lighter/more pastel and the ribbon a light pink color and tied differently than what the picture shows. These are minor, but I find the aesthetic in the website photo more pleasing than the aesthetic of the final bouquet. I would not hesitate to order again and, understanding the system and inevitable variations, if I have color/style preferences, it might be beneficial to follow up with a phone call if ordering online. I didn’t think of this until I saw the photo of the bouquet that had been made for my order. Thank you again for wonderful service! -----Response: I'm sorry to disappoint you. Not every flower in every color in every tint is always available. At those times, we have to substitute, a point we list on our website site (see "The Fine Print" on the same page you placed your order). The flowers were beautiful, but the arrangement was not very nice. The flowers were not arranged nicely. Very sloppy placement. The clear stones in the vase looked tachy. ------------------------------- Florist response: My apologies for my arrangement not finding favor in your eyes. The product you ordered contained ten (10) stems of orchids in a 6"H x 4"D glass vase. It is a very popular product and we do a lot of them. I wish you had contacted us right away; we would have replaced it to your satisfaction.
