We received a beautiful bouquet on the promised delivery day and made my recipient very happy. We could do a better job trying match the colors advertised on the pictures with the final product. As to the variation between the picture and the delivered product: Sometimes the exact same flowers are not available and sometimes even the same flowers have variations in the color. We try as much as possible to match the color, but there are times we have to substitute, a point we acknowledge in the terms of sale ("The Fine Print") on the page you placed your order. Following your purchase, you will receive four (4) communications from us: A) An emailed order confirmation with a ten (10) digit order confirmation number. This means the order has been successfully placed on our website. B) An emailed order confirmation with a six (6) digit order confirmation number. This means your order has been received in our shop and will be delivered per your instructions subject to this Fine Print. Please use this confirmation number in all communications with us about your order. C) A phone text picture of your purchase. Note: We apologize but due to the heavy volume of orders, we will be unable to send you this picture during holiday weeks. D) An emailed formal delivery confirmation will be sent to you following delivery so you will know your gift has been received.
