Can I pick up something out in your shop?
We're sorry, we operate only by delivery. Place your order by telephone or through this website and we will deliver anywhere you'd like.
What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your delivered product, please call us within 24 hours of your delivery and we will be happy to replace your gift or refund your money. Please, we must hear from you within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Miami Beach?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Miami Beach for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Need something after 2:00pm? Call us; if we can help, we will be happy to do so!
How much does flower delivery cost in Miami Beach?
Delivery fees vary based on the distance from the flower shop. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at miamibeachflowers.com or by phone at (305) 865-0433. Call Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM though the boss usually gets in at 8:00am and he leaves around 7:00pm. Sunday, we're open 9:00am to 12:00noon. Please call us before 11:00am (before our driver goes on the road) if you need a Sunday delivery.
We are always closed on Saturday (שומר שבת).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal to our original email, surfflorist at juno dot com. We also accept payment by Zelle. COD is accepted only for orders over US $300.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! That's the best way to ensure your recipient likes your gift. Let us know your color scheme and flower preference and we will take it from there.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
May high rise apartment buildings and hotels have front desks that receive your gift. They are very good at getting it to their building residents.
At buildings without a front desk or private homes, we leave the flowers by the front door. We never have had a case where someone stole the flowers. The flowers always remain where we place them.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Miami Beach?
Yes, we deliver to all locations in North East Miami (including hospitals, offices, schools, etc.): Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, El Portal, Fisher Island, Golden Beach, Indian Creek Village, LaGorce Island, Miami (if they have an NE address), Miami Beach, Miami Shores, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Star Island, Sunny Isles Beach and Surfside.
In short, we deliver to every Miami-Dade County location from County Line Road (NE 215th Street to Fisher Island, and from I-95 east to the Atlantic Ocean.
Need something from outside these parameters? Call us. If we don't deliver there, we will be more than happy to advise you who to call.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as two kinds of balloons, teddy bears, gourmet chocolate and, of course, chocolate dipped strawberries. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
We add "floral food" to help keep your flowers lasting longer. For best results, starting on the third day after the recipient receives the gift, trim ½"-1" off the bottom of the stems, place them in fresh water in a clean vase, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.

We back it up with great service: We remind you by text or email of all up and coming birthdays, anniversaries and holidays--you will never for that special person of their special day again! And we text you a picture of the finished product so you can see what your money is paying for. (We're sorry, we cannot text you this picture on holidays as it is too hectic in our shop due to the heavy volume of orders we have to fill). OUR JOB IS TO MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD!
Can I add a personalized message or card to my flower order?
Yes, absolutely—adding a personalized message or card is one of the easiest ways to make your delivery extra special. At checkout, you’ll find a dedicated field to type in your custom message. You have nine (9) lines of 44 characters each to write.
Have a longer message than that? Email or text it (305-865-0433) to us. We will print it onto an 8½" x 11" sheet of paper and put it in an envelope.
Have a message in a foreign language you'd like to send? Email or text it (305-865-0433) to us. We will print it for your on either our regular computer card or, if it is longer, on a 8½" x 11" sheet of paper.
Can I order a flower subscription?
Yes, our flower subscription service is a game-changer for effortless, fresh blooms delivered straight to your door—perfect for treating yourself or gifting ongoing joy without the hassle. You can choose your budget, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), and first delivery date on our subscriptions page.
